We are getting that jingly feeling, we are coming over all Christmassy with Santa lists and the gentlest, simplest of decorations made last evening from a recycled box, paper, moss, pages from a 1940s cookbook and seed heads painted gold...
I just read your more recent blog posts and had a big smile when I read what your children wanted for Christmas. My two grand nephews gave me a list with the same things on it. I always ask them for a list of what they want so I don't buy the wrong thing. This is always just between them and me as my niece would not like them asking me for anything. I live in Ashburn, Virginia and they live in Manassas, Virginia so I see them frequently. Guess little boys are the same everywhere. I am enjoying your blog, but had to stop to tell you how much I enjoyed the letters to Santa. Regards, Shelia
Hi Sheila Many thanks for your kind comment- I am glad you are enjoying the blog! And aren't your grand nephews lucky to have someone as thoughtful as you in their lives!
